How Do I Place An Order?​
For custom orders, the process is slightly more complex and requires a higher level of communication. Start by checking out our customization page and following the steps for a better idea of how the process works.
Payment
Our prefered method of payment is paypal, we also accept visa and mastercard credit and debit cards. Full ayment for custom orders will not need to be made until after we have your glass created and are able to send you a photo of what your order looks like; however, to avoid fake orders, we will need a downpayment of 40 percent of the agreed upon price at the time of the order confirmation. If you have any questions feel free to email us at whitecitysouthlake@gmail.com. For items listed in the SHOP section of the website, payment will be due at the time of the order.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate dependant upon the price of the glass and the weight. Generally around 20 dollars for an order would be a fair estimate. Items will be shipped within 2 weeks from date of order for custom glass, and within a week for non-custom orders. All tax is pre-included in the prices.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the items that we sell. We will not be able to accept returns on any items. We guarantee our shipping methods and insurance will be required on all items that we ship
